Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of S7 Automations services, operated by Ajrak LLC ("we," "us"). By submitting a demo request, subscribing, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Free demo

We offer a free website demo built from your public Google Business Profile. The demo is hosted on a preview URL (for example, demos.s7automations.com/your-business). There is no fee, no card required, and no obligation.

If you choose not to subscribe, we will take the demo site offline. If you subscribe, the site transitions to your own domain under the subscription described below.

3. Subscription ($49/month)

The standard subscription is $49 USD per month, billed in advance via Stripe. Unless stated otherwise in writing, the subscription includes:

• Hosting and SSL for one website.
• One custom domain (bring-your-own, or we register on your behalf using your provided details).
• Unlimited reasonable content and design edits, typically delivered within 24 hours.
• Standard email support, and SMS support for subscribers who opt in.

Additional work (custom development, large redesigns, additional sites, automations) is quoted separately.

4. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly on the calendar day of the original charge. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal link in your receipts, by emailing hello@s7automations.com, or by calling (909) 757-1928.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months. Paid time is used; refunds are issued only in the case of duplicate charges or our error.

Failure to pay will pause the site and email/SMS notifications will be sent. Sites paused for more than 30 days may be taken down. Domains registered on your behalf remain yours and will be transferred to a registrar of your choice on request.

5. Domain ownership

If you bring your own domain, you retain full ownership and control. If we register a domain on your behalf, we hold it in trust and will transfer it to you (or a registrar you designate) at any time on written request, at no charge beyond any registrar transfer fee.

6. Content rights

You grant us a limited license to display your business information, photos, logos, and Google reviews on the website we build for you. You represent that you have the rights to any content you provide or that is publicly listed on your Google Business Profile. Third-party content (stock photos, icons) is licensed by us for your site only.

The finished site code remains the intellectual property of S7 Automations. You receive a license to use it for as long as your subscription is active. We can provide a static export of your site on request for an additional fee.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to:

• Host illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications from any email or SMS service we connect.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may suspend service for violations, with notice when practicable.

8. SMS program

Our SMS program is strictly opt-in. By checking the SMS consent box on the demo request form you agree to receive transactional messages from us (confirmations, notifications, appointment reminders, billing updates). Message frequency varies; typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

9. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime via Vercel infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief maintenance windows may occur. We are not liable for downstream business losses from outages, and our total liability is limited to the last 12 months of fees you have paid.

10. Warranty disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (leads, calls, search rankings, revenue) from using a website we build.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
