S7 Automations ("we," "us," or "our") is a division of Ajrak LLC, a California-based company that builds websites and marketing automations for local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit s7automations.com or engage our services.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

Business name, your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a demo request.
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number).
Basic site analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type) to improve the site.

We do not purchase lists, scrape personal data, or collect information from minors.

How we use your information

To build and deliver your free demo site.
To contact you about your demo, subscription, appointments, and support requests.
To process subscription payments via Stripe.
To improve our services and website.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in via the checkbox on our demo request form, we may send you SMS messages related to:

Confirmation that we received your demo request.
Notification when your demo site is ready to view.
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Account, billing, and service updates for active subscribers.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity — typically fewer than 5 messages per month for prospects, and fewer than 10 per month for active subscribers.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages sent and received.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (909) 757-1928.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. This includes affiliates, partners, and advertisers. The only third party that processes your number is our SMS provider (Twilio), strictly for message delivery.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers we need to run the business:

Stripe — payment processing.
Twilio — SMS message delivery (only if you opt in).
Vercel — website hosting.
Google Workspace — email.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can:

Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
Request that we correct or delete your information.
